Uphill drag racing is different than flat drags in only two ways. It is only a one hundred foot track and as the name implies, it goes uphill. This popular event is run on Friday evening and is well received by both competitor and spectator alike.
As with any competition, driver attention is critical to this race style. With it's short shut down area and vehicles going faster all the time it is easy for a driver to end up off the end of the track if he or she is not careful.

Tina Olszewski is "Holdin' On" during her run up the side by side
hill drags at Gravelrama XXX. Tina, a resident of
Connecticut, has been a competitor for a number of years and
shows no sign of giving up on it yet.
